All we have to do to lose weight is to cut back on what is consumed each day. When we get real about weight loss we will see real results.It seems to have come around so quick, you never thought you'd reach the big 4 0 and then on top of it feel so terrible about being overweight.It just so happens that our mothers were right and were not making up excuses when they gained those extra inches. Things do change with your body as you get older and no doubt you have discovered things have started to shift!
