Slow your meal down. Today, people are very busy, and unfortunately when we eat, our meal gets rushed. Sometimes we eat so fast we don't realize we're already full. Then you have to deal with the bloating, gas and discomfort. Meal time should be a time to relax. You should fuel your body properly. Put your fork down between bites of food and slowly chew your food in your mouth. By eating this way, chances are good that you'll have food left over on your plate to eat later. It's important to remember that if you make a fist with your hand, it's roughly equivalent to one full serving/portion size for your body. And if you're rushing through your meal, you're probably eating way more then that.
