COMPARISON OF FLEXIBILITY IN STUDENTS AND PRACTITIONERS OF NON PRACTICING EXERCISE IN BODYPUMP.

Resumen

The study aims to identify the level of flexibility of women aged 25 to 45 years old, non-practitioners and practitioners of physical exercise in bodypump more than three months. The scan through the sit and reach test bank Wells, where three collections were made in 90 days to identify the level of flexibility of the two groups. The samples were tabulated in an Excel spreadsheet to organize the same. T test was performed to compare the means of flexibility between the two groups. The result obtained by the group of practitioners was the first test average 25.7, 27.5 and 28.2 seconds in the third test, while individuals who did not regularly exercise, the average was 7.9 and 7 in the first assessment, 7 in the second and third. From these results it is concluded that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups, indicating a better level of flexibility for women practitioners bodypump.
