Health Education consists of constructive knowledge, where health professionals, directors, and practitioners exchange information to promote best health practices. Furthermore, pedagogical approaches are necessary to develop people's autonomy regarding self-care and quality of life improvements. Unfortunately, there isn't a proper understanding of the access and services offered by the Brazilian Health System (SUS). Therefore, this should be included in Basic Education, which is essential in forming critical and reflective thinking. Thus, the research uses quantitative-qualitative and descriptive methods to analyze the director's and professors' answers about the SUS operation from Google Forms questionnaire about the SUS operation and coverage. Respondents work in primary education schools from Santa Cruz do Sul, the Rio Grande do Sul. There were registered 331 answers from 69 schools. We could observe from the first question that most of the interviewed have an excellent knowledge of the paths to be followed by users in case of needs. Although, the second question demonstrated that the respondents don't know entirely about the SUS assignments since most of them ignored that Health Social Determinants is an essential component of health. Hence, health is viewed only by your biological aspects, whereas other crucial factors, such as social and economic Components, are disregarded.
