This article aims to report the experience of a farmer, a student of the administration course at Unisc who developed a technological solution, seeking to solve a problem within his rural property that works with poultry. The idea arose from his participation in the Project "Learning and Entrepreneurship in the field", developed in Montenegro-RS and linked to the Project, entitled "Development of Entrepreneurial Education Methodologies as a way to find Technological Solutions for family farming in Montenegro-RS" funded by FAPERGS / SEBRAE, of which this student is a PIBITI / CNPq fellow. This project aims to identify or build technological solutions, through the toolkit of entrepreneurial education and active methodologies with rural youth. As a result, the construction of a poultry litter turning machine and the incubation of this prototype at ITUNISC stand out. It was concluded that it is possible to build technological solutions adapted to the reality of family farming and derived from the concrete experience lived by territorial actors, in interdisciplinary dialogue with the university or research centers.
