SCHOOL EVASION OF TRANSSEXUALS AND TRANSVESTIS: AN ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC POLICIES IN THE STATE OF RIO GRANDE DO SUL FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SOLIDARITY
Abstract
This article aims to analyze the school dropout of transsexuals and transvestites from the perspective of the principle of solidarity when observing the relevant public policies. Thus, the initial objective is to discuss the concepts of transvestites, transsexuals, gender, sex and gender identity and in line with the principle of solidarity and the dignity of the human person so that in a second moment the school dropout of transgender people can be analyzed. and transvestites, and a third moment the analysis of public policies in the State of Rio Grande do Sul from the perspective of the Principle of Solidarity. The question we seek to answer is: does the principle of solidarity corroborate the public policies of the State of Rio Grande do Sul aimed at preventing school dropout among this group of minorities? To this end, the deductive approach method and bibliographical research technique were used, concluding that the principle of solidarity has been corroborated in the Public Policies drawn up by the State of Rio Grande do Sul, since the state entity protects the dignity of the human person. , as well as cooperation with the aim of reducing inequalities and injustices that exist in the school environment regarding transsexuals and transvestites.Downloads
