Abstract

Access to education for children and adolescents with disabilities is a problem that restricts fundamental rights. To this end, the specific objectives are: to identify the rights of children and adolescents with disabilities; to understand violations of the fundamental rights of children and adolescents with disabilities; and to contextualize access to the right to education for children and adolescents with disabilities. The problem guiding the research is "how is care for special education students being promoted in the classroom?". The method of approach used is deductive, the method of procedure is monographic, using the technique of bibliographical research.
