THE THEORY OF INTEGRAL PROTECTION AND THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION LAW FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
Abstract
This research work aims to establish a relationship between the theory of integral protection and the General Data Protection Law for children and adolescents. Therefore, the impact of the theory of integral protection in the Brazilian legal system and the need to protect sensitive data of children and adolescents will be analysed. The study was developed through the deductive approach method, since it will start with the general context consisting of the repercussion of the theory of integral protection in the Law, and then it will take the specific one, which concerns the need for data protection of children and adolescents. The monographic method of procedure was used, with bibliographic and documentary research techniques. The main conclusion is the need to improve the law to protect the fundamental rights of children and adolescents.Downloads
