Focus and Scope
Journal's Mission: the Santa Cruz University Law Journal has by mission the growth of the academic knowledge by the following values: free access to any and every internet user, scientific consistency with the Master and Doctor Law program research lines and, finally, due to the high publishing parameters adopted by the government’s body.
Peer Review Process
Two peer, chosen outside the state, freely scrutinize the article, after the first examination lead by the editors upon the research line consistency criteria.
Open Access Policy
The journal Revista do Direito offers prompt and free access to its content, following the belief of providing free scientific knowledge to the public is to provide greater global democratization of knowledge.
Submissions are made through the journal's webpage, with no article processing fees for the author.
