Abstract

This paper addresses the direct contracting by the Public Administration in times of pandemic covid-19 in Argentina. Initially, innovative public management strategies are addressed. Therefore, direct hiring in pandemic time is analysed. Finally, we seek to study the management,planning and logistics  of  the actions of the procurement areas of the Public Administration. Thus, the question is: what is the logistia being implemented for direct contracting in times of pandemic? The importance of the study lies in the importance of understanding the action of the administration in times of pandemic, in view of the emergency situation.
