Capital psicológico: relaciones entre diseño del trabajo, compromiso y intención de rotacióni

Este estudio investigó las relaciones entre el capital psicológico, el diseño del trabajo, el compromiso y la intención de rotación. Es un estudio cuantitativo del corte transversal con 268 participantes. Fueron utilizados: a) Cuestionario de diseño de trabajo, b) Escala de capital psicológico, c) Escala de engagement de Utrecht, d) Escala de intención de rotación y e) Cuestionario de datos sociodemográficos. Los resultados indicaron que el diseño del trabajo y el capital psicológico estaban positivamente relacionados con el engagement en el trabajo y negativamente relacionados a la intención de la rotación. Los análisis de regresión señalaron que los factores del diseño laboral y el capital psicológico predijeron em engagement y intención de rotación. También indicaron que el capital psicológico es un factor supresor en la relación entre la especialización y el engagement em el trabajo, y modera la relación entre la resolución de problemas y la intención de rotación. Se puede concluir que los factores del diseño del trabajo (características de tareas y del trabajo, características sociales y contexto del trabajo) y el capital psicológico explican el engagement y la intención de rotación. Se señalan la originalidad del estudio, sus colaboraciones teóricas y aplicadas al contexto laboral, destacando sus limitaciones.
