This article aimed to analyze the reflective thinking development in the process of formation of the Administration undergraduate students’. The study was conducted by senior students of the course, through semi-structured interviews. The results indicate that students are led to reflection, but not systematically. It was also possible to identify factors that difficult reflective thinking as well as some actions experienced in the course that encouraged reflection. The study is an initial effort to understand and enable strategies that promote professional reflection in Administration from the academic environment.Downloads
