Abstract

Currently many organizations problems doesn’t accept the solutions used before (OECH, 1988), imposing to the society the necessity of develop the creative, in the search of professional and organizational differentiation. Hence, the present qualitative research pretend to work the expression of the creative in the decision process of Cooperativa de Produção Agrícola União do Oeste – Cooperunião. At that rate, was considering as the base theory of creative, the one in point of view of Constantin Stanislavski (1996). Taking in account some results, came by interview semi-structured (MINAYO, 1993), by documental analysis and by direct observation, about the decision process of the collective, was possible the identification and the use Stanislavski’s System’s elements. Characterizing, therefore, the decision making as a process that happens parallel to the creative process proposed for Stanislavski.
