Abstract

Using the deductive approach, monographic procedure method, and bibliographic research technique through indirect documentation, this study aims to investigate, based on the specific conceptions of online judgment and extended courts developed by Richard Susskind: which of these directions have the normative resolutions edited by the National Council of Justice been moving by introducing technological tools into the Brazilian Judiciary, in order to get closer to the larger concept of Online Court? To achieve this, the research will initially explore the concept of Online Court and its specificities as presented by Richard Susskind, in order to subsequently examine the normative resolutions edited by the CNJ with the aim of modernizing the provision of justice and, thus, assess which of the specific conceptions of Online Courts they are directed towards.
