Abstract

The present research aims to analyze the gender transversality on the formulations and application of public policy to gender protection on social media as a solution to the violations suffered by then, by the analysis of the “TikTok Dancing” dynamic, which encourages the exposition of sexualized behavior by girl, as well as goes viral. Therefore, it was used the induct method, as well as the monographic as approach method and documental technique research. Thus, it was identified that de application of gender transversal presents itself as an effective act by the formulation of public policy, protecting girls from excessive exposure, on TikTok objectified girls’ bodies, in an attempt to keep the same patriarchal dynamics that happens in the offline environment
