Abstract

This study seeks to provoke a reflection, given the actions of the Public Prosecutor's Office in the implementation of the rights of children and adolescents, the topic addressed is extremely important, where we saw in the not so distant past children and adolescents without any rights, we witnessed the advancement of legislation in promoting and defending the social and individual interests of children and adolescents, in this sense the rules brought guarantees, and it was the Public Prosecutor's responsibility to ensure compliance with the violated rights of children and adolescents. The general objective of this article is to study the duties and procedures of the Public Prosecutor's Office when dealing with violations or threats to the rights of children and adolescents. The methodology used was the deductive approach method and the monographic procedure method, with bibliographic and documentary research techniques
