Abstract

The present work has as its theme the protection of personal data in labor relations and aims to analyze the implications of the legislation of protection of personal data in the labor context, from the perspective of constitutional principles. In this scenario, the problem to be faced is to verify the implications of the Brazilian legislation on the protection of personal data in labor relations. To cope with this task, the deductive method is used, starting from a brief history and contextualization of the data present in the labor relations. Afterwards, a study will be carried out to understand the dynamics of constitutional law with regard to data protection. At the end, the research will be directed to an analysis of the need for personal data protection. As for the technique, the bibliographic research will be used. Finally, it can be stated that this article will contribute to the scientific production on data protection in an analysis of labor law and constitutional law.
