The purpose of this study is to propose the analysis of (im)possibility as public policies when analyzing the subject in restorative justice. It was intended to understand subjectivity as a concept in a generic way, starting from the study of restorative justice and public policies, when the (im)possibility of subjective analysis of the subject in restorative justice as public policy. This was a qualitative bibliographic and documentary research, which proved that restorative justice has been applied as public policies, with its own guidelines for implementation in the judicial sphere, through the subjective analysis of the subject that occurs thanks to the use of restorative justice.
