Abstract

The objectives of the Federative Republic of Brazil are listed in Article 3 of the CF/88 and to experience them need to be considered common goals of the State, market and civil society. The items of Article 3 indicate the path of socioeconomic sustainability since crave policies to decrease the social inequalities, marginalization and discrimination. Advancing in the Constitution, the Article 4, single paragraph, emphasizes the guiding principles of international relations stressing that Brazil should pursue the Latin America integration by economic, political, social and cultural rights. Defends nowadays that the quest for greater interaction between the State, market and civil society, nationally or in the latin american community, can happens through the paths of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Especially because economic globalization is an incontestable fact and the uneven development does not provide the integration for the latin people as the Federal Constitution determined. The Brazilian country brings in your legal schedule the references for corporate social responsibility, especially in article 170 of CF/88, and through this research, says that they are also present on indicators of the brazilian and latin American ONGs, such as those published by Instituto ETHOS (Brazil), as well as by ADEC (Paraguay), IARSE (Argentina), COBORSE (Bolivia), CERES (Ecuador), Peru 2021 (Peru). This indicators are paradigms created in the private sector to assess the corporate social responsibility, often allowing the despatch of certifications. Standards and certifications in the CSR area are designed to enable companies to respond the challenges of a globalized economy. This convergence of ethical and business references is a possibility of sustainable development for this region of the American continent, more efficiently.
