Abstract

Qual seu diagnóstico? Paciente feminina atendida no posto de saúde com queixas de lesões hipercrômicas e pruriginosas no dorso. Também relatou dor em coluna toracolombar e lombossacra de longa data. Realizou ressonancia que evidenciou compressão de raízes nervosas em alguns pontos, mas sem sinais de compressão medular. Analisando anamnese, exame fisico e exame de imagem a paciente foi diagnosticada com notalgia parestética.
