This article discusses pedagogization technologies found in the manual: Campos de experiências - efetivando direitos e aprendizagens na Educação Infantil. Pedagogization is understood as the set of discursive strategies through which one seeks to decode, translate and teach teachers in a markedly prescriptive and "didactic" manner. The methodology used is Foucault-inspired discourse analysis. The results reveal the need to continue to discuss the discourses present in training manuals, as teaching should be thought beyond regulatory scripts, but as a space for creation and invention.Downloads
