The text analyzes the determinations of law 13.415 / 2017 (High School Reform), the foundations that support the new Pernambuco Curriculum and the measures aimed at curricular flexibility. The study is supported by the analysis of official documents and the bibliographic review of the specialized literature and of theses and dissertations developed in the scope of a matrix research. It is concluded that the curricular reform express yet another stage of neoliberal conservative modernization, giving new shape to a supply model that has been built since the late 1990s, based on the flexible learning paradigm.
