This study’s objective is to present a reflection on the role of teacher training in an inclusive perspective. It is a qualitative, descriptive research, using bibliographic research. The results show the changes and conceptions presented over time about teacher training and the paths taken towards an intersection between teacher training and inclusive school. It is concluded that the biggest challenge is continuing education to enable the production of knowledge that can originate new teaching attitudes and that result in the understanding of complex teaching situations aimed at the inclusion.
