With this text we present the pedagogy of the struggle of the Sem Terra, their educational process and their paths to schools with the Soviet socialist pedagogy, whose nature is based on work as a social principle. The objective of our study is to reflect on the fundamentals of work in the organization of the MST school, whose pillars are the struggle for land, agrarian reform and social transformation. To this end, our investigation started from documents of the movement, from studies about it and the Soviet socialist pedagogy. The result of the work is the perception that the MST is creating in its areas (settlement/camp) the mode of production whose premise is given in the organization of its work.
