In the present paper addresses the learning and teaching based on the educational experience lived by academics in formation in the National Plan of Teachers Formation in Basic Education - PARFOR, focusing on the pedagogy course offered by the Campus of Tocantinópolis. The paths taken passes through the discussion of the teachers formation in service and focus, with greater emphasis, the social and historical contexts in which teachers formation policies were created. The aim is to extract elements that allow to reflect the centrality of the initial academic formation of the teacher who works in labor market. In addition, we intend to unveil, through formation in service, the paths taken by the subjects, their expectations and difficulties encountered, as well as the challenges of the university as institution promoting of formation, highlighting the work of the teachers and thereby contribute and ensure the quality of formation of these professionals.Downloads
