The usage of the conceptual anaphora in the production of argumentative texts is an important difficulty showed by many students from different levels. As it is a retake with synthetic features, its improper use may result in reading comprehension problems related to the proposed content. Therefore, this study proposes to analyze some excerpts of ‘vestibular’ compositions which present inappropriate uses of this cohesive strategy and to suggest semantically more appropriate alternatives.Downloads
