This paper deals with reading approached through the perspective of the digital space and supported by the complexity paradigm. The article starts with some considerations of the new digital culture ands its possibilities in terms of potencializing the cognition/ subjectivity construction. The cyberculture emerges thanks to a complex approach of reality, that is, the attitude of considering the different dimensions of the phenomena in an integrated way. In this sense, reading is considered here in terms of complexity due to the fact of being a complex action since it is an action where the (reading readers) do not separate cognition from their constitution. Some empirical data from research developed with adolescents from the popular classes are presented to illustrate the theoretical assumptions.Downloads
