Wearable technologies are increasingly present in society's daily life, allowing users to make their personal information available to companies that own the wearables software. Questions have been raised about the protection given to the user of these wearable technologies, as its privacy is violated through the capture of data. The wearable technology user is characterized as a consumer and must have its rights protected, such as the right to data protection that is inserted in the various platforms. The laws that deal with data protection in the country are incipient, which makes it possible for companies that provide such technologies violate user privacy, leaving them vulnerable to data collection. The research defines the consumer, vulnerability, the right to privacy, as well as its protection. Subsequently, it presents the analysis of wearable technologies, the forms of artificial intelligence used to capture and treat data, moving on to address the violation of personality rights. The hypothetical-deductive method was used, with analysis of scientific articles, doctrines, electronic documents and laws that deal with the topic proposed theme.
