Abstract

The paper analyzes the regional dynamics of effects of development on the work and the organization of urban labor markets. It is to understand how different regional development initiatives affect the settings of urban labor markets, influencing not only the definition of integration standards (employment and unemployment), but also the very distribution of jobs between the different economic sectors, the professional qualification required type, wages paid to workers.
