Aesthetic Education and Affectivity: Southing dialogues that (des)form education and transform reality

This article aims to stress the relationship between Aesthetic Education and affectivity in teacher and student training. To this end, it takes as its main references Freire, Boaventura, and decolonial epistemological perspectives in dialogue with two experiences that take place in public institutions in Rio de Janeiro, the result of master's degree research in Education developed by the authors at a municipal public university, which has the challenge of reflect on an Education based on aesthetic, horizontal, democratic, collective and affective relationships, which (dis)form the look of adults and children, having love, affection and hope as a guideline.
