SOLIDARITY HERE KNOW HOW A TEACHING IN MODALIDADE EAD: ATTITUDES, VALUES AND CONDITIONS

This article reports on an investigation that the search of knowledge-building solidarity in EaD. The main objective of the study is to contribute to the implementation of educational activities in EaD the perspective of knowledge-solidarity. From mainly on the benchmarks of Boaventura Santos, Jean Piaget and Yves de La Taille seeks to understand what has to be knowledge-solidarity as well as the values and skills that foster their development in educational activities for teachers and students in EaD. The studies indicate that act upon the knowledge-solidarity requires cognitive competence (namely be sympathetic), affective competence (want to be supportive), and a favourable environment (to be sympathetic). The findings show that knowledgesolidarity in action in the teaching mode EaD, is strongly linked to the knowledge ethical, technical, educational, communication and management that is a built gradually learn, in experiments permeated by mutual respect, reciprocity and empathy and cooperation as the main strategy. But, fundamentally, that the occurrence of actions, from the perspective of knowledge-solidarity, is dependent on individual contexts of origin complex because involve the interaction of several interrelated aspects (such as: habits, values, feelings, capabilities ,...) and collective dynamic contexts (such as cooperative environments or coercitivos, peer or "higher" in the presence of authority that encourages or disadvantage that the solidarity).
