Digital Report: Big Data Adding Value to Communication Agencies Business

The objective of this research was to analyze how knowledge discovery tools in datasets can add value to communication agencies and generate closer relationships with clients. We conducted interviews with partners and clients of a communication agency that developed the Big Data Digital Report tool and verified that data analysis is capable of generating competitive advantages, and that the platform is capable of generating greater reliability and security in the relationship between client and agency.Downloads
