Abstract

This report presents a digital literacy experience developed during remote emergency teaching in a Letters course at a public university in the state of Minas Gerais. It is a literacy project (KLEIMAN, 2001), in this case of digital literacy, which dealt with the elaboration of a post for the social network, allowing, during the process, the interaction of the undergraduates with the processes of reading and production of digital genres in circulation in social networks with emphasis on aspects such as multimodality and multimedia. The digital literacy project was developed from the experiences of future teachers with the consumption of content on social networks and culminated in the production of digital genres for circulation in this context. At the end of the project, the posts produced were published in a virtual learning environment in which students could enjoy and comment on each other's production.
