Journalism has undergone transformations in a scenario of layoffs and greater citizen participation. Added to this are the attacks on the press. As a reaction, vehicles and professionals innovated, even in actions on digital social networks. At the same time, a new narrative can be perceived. Subjective and dialogic, this narrative can be seen as an editorial product and a mechanism to attract audiences, but also as a humanizer of the activity. It is this configuration that is analyzed in this case study.
