Abstract

Abstract: Critical literacy and visual literacy play fundamental roles in improving pedagogical activities aimed to student development. The objective of this work is to analyze the film adaptation of "Pride and Prejudice" (2005) from the perspective of visual and critical literacy (FERRAZ, 2008; 2014) with the purpose of promoting a deeper understanding of images and stimulating students’ critical thinking
