This work brings together theoretical reflections conducted in the context of the relationship between memory, discourse and society, from which episodes channels cooking site youtube made by men are observed. Forms of subjectivity of the presenters are objects in separate programs for mobilizing the concepts of ethos and status as of theories of Michel Foucault. The study is exploratory, consisting of a literature review and discourse analysis of a corpus formed by lines of presenters step. Among the results achieved, identifies three processes of subjectivation focused on distinct market segments, as well as social frameworks that span the memory and maintain a constant supply.Downloads
