This work analyzes, under the prism of the rhetoric, a speech uttered by Teotônio Vilela, in 1976, in the Federal Senate, in Brasília. The speaker values the peoples feeling on behalf of the democracy, through Juscelino Kubistchek's exaltation, died few days before due to an automobile accident. The own Brazilian population, for its peaceful form of reverencing the political former-leader, it is exalted by the senator in his speech. The arguments go being revealed during the parliamentarian's pronouncement in the plenary session, serving to a rhetoric study.Downloads
