This study examines how teacher narratives integrate masculinity studies into the school context, using a social constructionist approach and narrative research. By analyzing teachers' accounts of experiences with masculinity, we seek to understand how these narratives incorporate gender issues into educational practices. The analysis revealed patterns highlighting challenges and opportunities in addressing masculinities. The results indicate that these narratives not only document experiences but also serve as tools for reflection and transformation. We conclude that their integration into teacher training can promote more inclusive and equitable educational environments.
