Integral Education in High School: An essay around “commitments to the world work”

The present essay aims to problematize the school day extension for High School in Rio de Janeiro state, between 2007 to 2017. For this, the text pursued, at first, to analyze federal and state regulations about school day extension, within the period analyzed. In a second stage, the entrepreneurship concept was worked on, and aspects that simultaneously construct reflection on the subject were highlighted. Finally, within a critical perspective, it was sought to reinforce the problematizations that arise with this initial study and to show those elements that suggest future observations.
